Join Molly Semler, co-owner and head cheesemaker, and Olivia Haver, lead affineur of von Trapp Farmstead, for a virtual tasting of our four styles of organic artisan cheese. No one knows our cheeses quite like these two!

Together, Molly and Olivia will guide you through a delicious exploration of our cheeses, sharing the stories behind each one and offering an inside look at our farm, our cows, and the art and science of cheesemaking. You’ll learn what makes each cheese unique, discover how our organic milk becomes award-winning cheese, and have plenty of time for questions and conversation.

Your cheese box will arrive the week before the tasting and includes all four cheeses—enough for up to 10 people to enjoy together!
