Shred It is our newest cheese and a fan-favorite in our farm store, where it was exclusively sold for a couple years before launching wholesale in 2025.
Shred It is a is a semi soft fresh cheese best used for shredding and melting (like on a homemade pizza). It has flavors of butter, milk, and creme fraiche, and soft creamy texture. It's delicious fresh with tomato, basil, and olive oil, or incorporated into any of your favorite cheesy recipes.
