Our in-house affineur (someone who ages cheese), Olivia Haver, will discuss and demonstrate how to build a party-ready cheese board. You’ll get to enjoy mixing and matching flavors, discovering what pairings you like best, and honing in on your cheese board style. Olivia is one of only 97 people in the world who is an ACS Certified Cheese Sensory Evaluator, and a judge at the Cheese Monger Invitational bringing a wealth of sensory knowledge and cheese board aesthetic.
