Kick off VT Cheese Week with us! We’ll be talking farmstead cheese and thoughtfully made cider with our friends Shacksbury Cider. Taste through our collection of real, organic cheese paired with organic ciders. The class will be a seated, one hour long journey hosted by our own Certified Cheese Sensory Evaluator Olivia, and a pal from Shacksbury Cider.
You will learn: How to taste, how farming practices make delicious farmhouse cheese and ciders, and deep dive into production methods.
