As part of our regenerative farming practices, we raise a herd of pigs and feed them all of they whey by-product of cheesemaking. The result is completely delicious and succulent pork, that is then artfully transformed into delicious cured salami.

You’ll receive one stick of salami based on availability of our rotating flavors: Saucisson Sec, Finocchiona, or Soppresata. We only have 1 flavor at a time, so it’s a surprise!
